Ingredients: 2 day-old unsliced sandwich loaves; Butter, softened, as needed; Parsley, for garnish; 1 boiled chicken, boned and minced; Mayonnaise, as needed; Chopped celery, to taste; Sweet pickle relish, to taste; 8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped; 2/3 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped; 4 Tbsp finely chopped green onions; 4 Tbsp prepared mustard; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 24 oz cream cheese, softened; 2/3 cup milk
