Ingredients: 1 cup milk; 1 Tbsp shortening; 2 Tbsp water; 3 cups all-purpose flour, divided; 1 Tbsp sugar; 1 tsp salt; 1 package active dry yeast; Ground beef, as needed; Minced onion, to taste; Salt, to taste; Ground pork, combined with the ground beef; Dill; Cheese; 1 beaten egg, for brushing; Sesame seeds, for sprinkling

A soft yeast dough used either for a simple loaf or divided into twelve portions and wrapped around seasoned hamburger filling to make Sizzens. The original card gives no quantity for the meat filling, so the normalized recipe preserves that flexibility rather than inventing one.
