Ingredients: 12 oz tofu, well drained; 6 Tbsp peanut butter, smooth or crunchy as desired; 1 Tbsp honey; 2 tsp lemon juice; 2 Tbsp red miso or barley miso, or 1/2 tsp salt; Bread or crackers, for serving; 1/4 cup raisins; 1/4 cup peanuts or sunflower seeds

A savory-sweet tofu and peanut-butter spread flavored with honey, lemon, and either miso or salt. Serve it with bread or crackers.
